Two-hour minimum. A 20% deposit secures the reservation; the remaining balance is due four days before the event. Full payment is required when booking after the balance deadline. At least 72 hours advance notice is required. One hour of setup and 45 minutes of cleanup are included. Additional setup time is billed separately by agreement. All reservations are subject to studio availability and previously confirmed bookings. Weekdays are by request and approval; Saturdays are available after 4 PM, with earlier times by inquiry; Sundays are available all day. Additional times may be requested. The 20% deposit is non-refundable. Cancel at least 48 hours before the rental for a refund of the balance paid. For later cancellations, the balance paid becomes studio credit valid for one year; the deposit is excluded. Contact the studio to apply this credit to a future booking. Rental times are confirmed by the studio before a quote is sent.
