Ember is a welcoming space for pole, aerial and expressive movement in Maywood and Montclair. From your first spin to a flow that feels entirely your own, our small-group classes help you build strength, explore movement and enjoy the process.

Start with First Spin, develop your technique in Pole Foundations, or make room for heels, flexibility and aerial hoop. Prefer a little more individual attention? Book private coaching around your goals.

Celebrating something? Tell us about your group, preferred date and location, and we’ll help shape your party. Studio and stage-pole rental enquiries are welcome too.
