Pole dance is my love from first sight. I've been doing it since 2013, and started teaching in 2015. I've competed beginner and advanced courses for pole instructors at @mypolespace which is one of the best pole schools in Russia. I apply their approach to my classes and use their system of teaching. The idea is not to force your body to do tricks your body is not ready for. The main rule is consistency - it is slower but it will take you a lot further. I believe the process is a journey, it has ups and downs, and that's what makes it so entertaining. It's also about enjoying dance and music, and having fun😉 I've done a few competitions, the most memorable were Miss Pole Dance 2014 in my hometown - 1st place, and Pole Theater 2024 - 1st place "Classique" category.
