JaelynInstructorFlow/Musicality- LynsieInstructorWith over seven years of pole experience and four years of aerial, I know firsthand the transformative power of movement. Having started my journey with zero dance or strength training background, I understands exactly what it feels like to be a total beginner. My ultimate goal is to help you discover what your body is truly capable of while building your self-esteem one class at a time. Join me in class for Intro to Pole, Foundations Level 1 & 2, Conditioning, Mobility, or Low Flow!
MashaPole dance is my love from first sight. I've been doing it since 2013, and started teaching in 2015. I've competed beginner and advanced courses for pole instructors at @mypolespace which is one of the best pole schools in Russia. I apply their approach to my classes and use their system of teaching. The idea is not to force your body to do tricks your body is not ready for. The main rule is consistency - it is slower but it will take you a lot further. I believe the process is a journey, it has ups and downs, and that's what makes it so entertaining. It's also about enjoying dance and music, and having fun😉
I've done a few competitions, the most memorable were Miss Pole Dance 2014 in my hometown - 1st place, and Pole Theater 2024 - 1st place "Classique" category. I love performing, and I love pole dancing with my friends! At Flex and Flow Pole Studio I teach Pole foundations level 3, and Choreo class. You can book a private lesson too!Pole Foundations lvl 3 · Pole Choreo · private lessons
TristieI took my first pole class in 2023, and it’s become the thing I look forward to every week since then. The skills I’ve built, and connections I’ve made through the pole community is just so special to me. I’m so excited to be a part of your new obsession, and cheer you on through your pole journey. I’ll be teaching intro/foundations level 1 pole, and beginner heels. Come play with me!Foundations Level 1 · Beginner Heels · Private Lessons
