The short version
Use a membership for ongoing or fixed-length access and a class pack for prepaid visits. In both cases, configure the eligible services and limits before you publish the product.
Choose membership or pack
Choose a recurring membership when the client should be billed on a repeating schedule for continued access.
Choose a fixed-length membership when access should end after a defined term.
Choose a class pack when the client should prepay for a fixed number of visits and use credits over time.
Use a drop-in price when no ongoing entitlement is needed.

Answers before you get stuck
Should I use a membership or a class pack?
Use a membership for ongoing or term-based access. Use a pack when the client prepays for a fixed number of visits without an ongoing billing commitment.
Can I limit which classes a membership or pack covers?
Yes. Configure the eligible services on the product so it can only be used for the classes or appointments you intend.
