Junocal is booking software for boutique pilates, yoga, barre, dance, pole and movement studios — and the solo instructors who teach across them. Bookings, memberships and payments through your own Stripe account, with no marketplace commission and no annual contract. From $39 a month. Term-based courses, hybrid in-person + online classes, spot-by-spot booking and automated client emails are included on every plan.
Six promises baked into every plan, including $39 Starter. No upgrades required, no add-on fees, no exceptions.
Pay monthly, cancel from a button in settings. Pay annually and save two months if you want.
Connect your own Stripe account in five minutes. Pay Stripe's published rates direct. Junocal never holds your money.
No consumer marketplace, ever. The clients you bring are yours. The data you have, you can take.
Drag your room into a floor plan once. Clients book the spot, mat or station they want. Included from $39 — most tools gate this behind a $250+ tier.
Eight-week beginner blocks. 200-hour teacher trainings. Privates, duets, trios, quartets. All on every plan, on one calendar.
A person, by email. No chatbot maze, no offshore script. Studio + Growth get prioritised in the queue.
Built for studios with 1-5 instructors. Class scheduling, term-based courses, privates, intake, payments, and the operator details that make the day go faster.
Group classes, workshops, courses, 1:1 privates, and hybrid in-person + online sessions all live on one calendar. You set them up the same way, and clients book them all in one place. No separate tools for classes, courses, and appointments.

Mon, 13 May
Lay out your room once — mats, barres, reformers, poles, or stations. Clients book the exact spot they want, by number or by name (“front window,” “back by the mirror”). Use a different layout for each type of class. If a piece of equipment breaks, mark it unavailable and bookings move to the next open spot.

Teach the same class to the room and to people at home at once. Set a separate limit for each — say 10 in the studio, 30 online — and clients pick “Book in-person” or “Book online.” Online students get the meeting link in their confirmation and 24-hour reminder. Each side has its own count, so you never overbook the room or the call.

In-person and online are counted separately. Online attendees get the meeting link in the confirmation.
Sell an eight-week beginner block or a 200-hour teacher training as one course, not eight separate bookings. Students pay once and are enrolled for every session. You set the weekly time, the price, makeup credits, and a refund policy from four ready-made options. Publish it, and Junocal creates each weekly session for you.

8-week Beginner Block
8 weeks · Tuesdays 19:00 · $180
24-hour class reminders that branch on mode (room and instructor for in-person, meeting link for online). A welcome email 24 hours after a new client signs up. A win-back email after 21 days dormant. Renewal nudges seven days before a membership period ends. Failed-payment emails with the Stripe hosted-invoice link for one-tap card update. Set and forget.

automated emails
Mailchimp + Klaviyo sync still available for richer campaigns.
Appointments — 1:1, duets, trios, quartets
Five service types (group, private, duet, trio, quartet) on the same calendar. Per-service deposit policies, equipment requirements, custom durations. Included on Solo.
Class packs and memberships
Auto-deduct from packs, auto-renew memberships, and members can use packs too.
Self-serve membership pause
Clients pause from their own account with a reason and an auto-resume date. Allowance configurable per membership tier.
Intake forms that adapt
Pregnancy fields appear only when relevant. Injury follow-ups too. E-signature waivers included. Per-service forms that clients re-sign when something changes.
Day-of instructor briefing
Each booked client with photo, intake alerts in priority order, recent sessions, and apparatus history. Works on a phone.
Two-mode waitlists
Auto-promote when a spot opens with notice. First-to-claim broadcast when it opens last-minute. Both behaviours on every plan.
Substitute pool with notification
Pick a substitute from your pool. Clients get email and SMS with the substitute's name, photo, and a short note.
Reviews on your terms
Every confirmed booking gets a review prompt two hours after class. Private by default — you toggle each one public from your dashboard.
Lead capture + admin queue
"Not ready to book?" form on every storefront page. Captures why they're interested and where they came from. Admin queue with new → contacted → converted stages.
Cover images
16:9 hero image for the studio, plus optional per-class-type covers. Renders above the schedule and on every class card.
Failed-payment recovery
Failed membership invoices flip clients to past-due, email them the Stripe hosted-invoice URL for one-tap card update, and recover when payment lands.
Multi-location + online filter
Storefront schedule filters by room or location. An "Online" filter surfaces hybrid and virtual-only classes.
Class messaging
Email or SMS everyone booked in a class. For room changes, parking notes, “bring grip socks today.”
Session notes
Per-client notes after class, surfaced on the next booking. Helpful for privates, classical work, or any studio that runs reformer rotations.
Flexible cancellation policies
Four policy modes per pack and per membership tier. Sensible defaults for your region, applied automatically.
Stripe Connect with ACH and Direct Debit
Bank debit through Stripe — ACH in the US, Bacs Direct Debit in the UK. Every plan, from day one.
Your own booking page
Your booking page runs at junocal.com/yourstudio, no setup. Every plan.
Branded throughout

Mailchimp and Klaviyo integration
Client data flows into the marketing tools you already use. Studio tier.
One-click CSV export

Draw your floor plan once — mats, barres, reformers, poles, or stations. Clients pick on a phone, by number or by name. If a spot goes out of action, the plan updates and bookings shift to the next open one.
Most tools price spot-by-spot booking as a $250+/mo tier. Junocal includes it on every plan, from $39.

Migrating studio software is often the thing that keeps owners from switching, even when the current tool isn't quite right. We handle that for you.
Junocal handles the migration for you in the first 30 days, free. Client lists, booking history, memberships, class packs, intake forms, email opt-in status. Everything comes across cleanly. You pick a Sunday evening, we coordinate the switch, Monday morning runs on Junocal.

The path from signup to your first booking. We're available the whole way through, by email and on a call if you want one.
Email and studio name, no card. You're in the dashboard in under a minute.
Drag your room into the floor-plan editor, set your class times, add memberships and packs. Most studios are ready in a couple of evenings.
Your branded booking page is live at junocal.com/yourstudio. Share the link, plug into your existing Stripe, and you're running.
Most studios are live within five business days. If you're migrating from another tool, we handle the import for you. If you're starting from scratch, the onboarding wizard takes about ninety minutes to set up services, schedule, room layout, intake forms, and Stripe.
No. The floor plan editor is drag-and-drop. Add an item, name it, place it on the grid. Most studios finish their first room in under ten minutes. You can toggle pick-a-spot on or off per class type, so a mat class doesn't show one when it doesn't need to.
Yes. Set a class to hybrid and give it an in-room capacity and an online capacity. The booking page then shows separate "Book in-person" and "Book online" buttons, each with its own count. Online attendees get the meeting link in their booking confirmation and the 24-hour reminder; in-room attendees see the spot they picked. Each count is enforced on its own, so neither in-person nor online can overbook.
Yes. A course is its own thing, not a recurring class with a label on it. It has a start date, end date, fixed weekly slot, session count, capacity, one upfront price, and a refund policy you choose (no refund, medical-only, pro-rata, or full-minus-fee). Publish it once and Junocal creates each weekly session for you. Enrollees get one booking that tracks every session in the term, so makeup credits and attendance stay tidy. Eight-week beginner blocks and 200-hour yoga teacher trainings both run on this.
Every confirmed booking gets a one-tap review prompt two hours after class. Reviews land in your dashboard as private by default — you toggle each one to public when you're happy with it. The aggregate average and your published reviews render on the storefront. You stay in control, so the marketplace-style "every review goes live" pattern doesn't apply.
Yes, the operational ones. 24-hour class reminders fire automatically (in-room attendees get the room and instructor, online attendees get the meeting link). A welcome email lands 24 hours after a new client signs up if they haven't booked yet. A win-back email reaches dormant clients who haven't booked in 21 days. Membership renewal nudges send seven days before period-end, and failed-payment emails carry the Stripe hosted-invoice link so clients can update a card in one tap. Mailchimp and Klaviyo integration is still there if you want richer marketing campaigns on top.
Stripe Connect Standard. You own your Stripe account directly and pay Stripe's standard rates. Junocal never touches your money, never holds funds, never marks up your processing.
No. Junocal is a flat monthly subscription. We don't take a percentage of anything and we don't run a consumer marketplace.
One click in settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Your data is downloadable as CSV any time. No exit fee, no retention call.
We handle the migration for you in the first 30 days, free. Client lists, booking history, memberships, class packs, intake forms, email opt-in status — all carried across cleanly. Most studios go from CSV export to live on Junocal in five business days.
Junocal is independent, founded and run by Sharon Onyinye. No outside investors with terms that would change how we treat customers.
Right. The product is built for boutique studios that run classes with limited spots. Pilates, yoga, and barre are the verticals we've built setup templates for, because that's where we know the buyer best. Mixed-discipline studios, movement studios, and adjacent verticals run on the same product.
Unlimited clients on every plan. Staff seats are capped — 2 on Starter, 10 on Studio, unlimited on Growth. Rooms scale with your plan too: up to 2 on Starter, 5 on Studio, unlimited on Growth. Multi-location is built in on Growth — up to 5 locations with location-aware memberships and cross-location reporting. Running more than five locations? Get in touch and we'll talk honestly about fit.
