The best booking apps for Wix class businesses (2026)

Sharon Onyinye10 min read

Short answer

For classes with class packs, memberships and waitlists on a Wix site, the strongest choice is Junocal: Studio Class Booking from the Wix App Market. It puts your live class timetable on any page, and clients pay into your own Stripe account. Wix's own Wix Bookings covers classes and courses, but it needs a Core plan or higher to take bookings, its memberships and packages don't cover courses, and clients can only join a waitlist from Wix's mobile apps.

Wix sites can take class bookings in two ways: Wix's own Wix Bookings, or an app from the Wix App Market. For a studio that runs a weekly timetable with packs, memberships and waitlists, the details that matter are which plan you need, what the packs cover and how a full class fills again.

Junocal is our product, so it's first. Everything about the other apps comes from their listings and from Wix's own plans page and help centre, checked on 23 October 2026.

1. Junocal: Studio Class Booking

Junocal's Wix app puts your live timetable on any page of your Wix site. Add it from the Wix App Market, choose Create your studio or I already use Junocal, then add the Junocal booking widget from Add Elements → App Widgets and pick what it shows: your full booking page, or just the schedule, courses, class packs, memberships, appointments or an enquiry form.

  • Classes: each class has its own capacity, and clients can pick a reformer, bike or spot at the barre.
  • Packs and memberships: a pack takes one credit per class; memberships renew and members can pause them; intro offers go only to first-time clients.
  • Waitlists: the next client in line is booked automatically, or close to class time the place is offered to everyone waiting.
  • Courses and privates: term courses take one enrolment for every date, and 1:1 sessions book from your availability.
  • Payments: clients pay into your own Stripe account. There's no marketplace, so no commission on your bookings, and paid plans add no Junocal transaction fee.
  • Price: studios that start in Wix get a 14-day free trial, then Starter is $15, Studio $29 and Growth $69 a month through Wix. If you already use Junocal, your plan stays as it is.

When you add a class or cancel a session in Junocal, your Wix page shows it straight away. See the Wix booking app for classes and studios and the setup guide.

2. Wix Bookings and Wix Pricing Plans

Wix Bookings is Wix's own scheduling app, rated 3.4 from 1,719 reviews. It's free to install, but Wix says you must upgrade your site to accept bookings, and taking payments needs Core or higher: $29 a month at Wix's US dollar reference price, or £16 in the UK, on a yearly subscription.

It handles appointments, classes with a maximum number of participants, and courses with set start and end dates. Packs and memberships come from Wix Pricing Plans, which Wix's help centre says aren't available for courses; memberships also can't pay for group bookings. Wix's UK plans page lists a Pricing Plans transaction fee of 4% on Core, 2% on Business and 0% on Business Elite, on top of card fees (Wix Payments is 2.9% + $0.30 per card in the US).

Waitlists work for classes and appointments but not courses, and Wix says clients can only join a waitlist through Wix mobile apps, not on desktop.

3. account42 Booking

account42 Booking is a newer App Market app built for classes: seat counts with no double booking, drop-ins, class packs, memberships and courses, waitlists that offer freed seats automatically, and payment through your own Stripe or PayPal account. It had no reviews yet when we checked. Plans start at £17.34 a month billed yearly for one location and up to 300 bookings a month.

4. Schedulista Bookings

Schedulista ("Verified by Wix", 3.9 from 74 reviews) handles appointment booking for individuals and groups, including classes, and can charge cards and no-show fees. It costs £13.43 a month billed yearly per staff calendar. The listing doesn't mention packs, memberships or waitlists.

5. Schedule by ShareiiiT

Schedule (2.8 from 137 reviews) shows classes or events with participation limits, one-off or recurring, and lets clients register for one lesson or a whole series. Payments go to your PayPal account. There's a free plan, and Premium is £2.31 a month billed yearly. Packs, memberships and waitlists aren't stated.

6. Online Scheduling by vcita

vcita (2.8 from 194 reviews) books services from your team's availability and collects payments. The listing doesn't describe classes, packs, memberships or waitlists. It costs £11.19 a month billed yearly.

7. Bookable

Bookable ("Verified by Wix", 5.0 from 2 reviews) builds event pages and a schedule, with a yoga class as its example. There's no subscription; it takes a 2% commission on paid events. Packs, memberships and waitlists aren't stated.

8. Tidewell

Tidewell is a club-management workspace for gyms, fitness studios, wellness centres and spas that builds on the Wix Bookings calendar, so it requires Wix Bookings. It adds prepaid packages and membership plans. It had no reviews yet, and Pro costs £6.79 a month billed yearly.

How to choose a Wix booking app

  1. Do packs and memberships cover the way you sell? Check classes and courses separately.
  2. How does a full class fill again? Find out whether the waitlist works on desktop and whether it books people automatically.
  3. Which plan do you need? Add the app's price to any Wix plan it needs and any per-payment fee.
  4. Where does the money go? Check whether payments land in your own Stripe or PayPal account.

Junocal answers all four plainly: packs and memberships for classes, a waitlist that books people automatically, one monthly price from $15, and payments into your own Stripe account. Add Junocal from the Wix App Market, or start free for 14 days and connect Wix from Integrations.

Junocal: Studio Class Booking. Each class has its own capacity, clients book with a drop-in, a class pack or a membership, full classes have a waitlist, and payments go to your own Stripe account. Studios that start in Wix get a 14-day free trial, then pay $15, $29 or $69 a month through Wix.
Is Wix Bookings free?
Wix Bookings is free to install, but Wix says you must upgrade your site to accept bookings, and payments need Core or higher. On 23 October 2026 Core was $29 a month at Wix's US dollar reference price, or £16 in the UK, on a yearly subscription.
