The short version
Junocal separates a reusable class type from each dated session. Define the class once, then schedule as many individual dates as you need with their own instructor, room and capacity.
Create the reusable class type
A class type stores the details that should stay consistent: name, description, duration, default capacity, price and any intake requirements. Examples include Reformer Foundations, Evening Flow or Kids Boxing.
- 1
Open Classes and choose New class.
- 2
Add a clear client-facing name and description. Explain level, equipment and who the class is for.
- 3
Set the duration, default capacity and drop-in price. Attach a form or policy if clients must complete one before attending.
- 4
Save the class type. It is now ready to place on the calendar.
Add the dated session
- 1
Open Schedule and choose Schedule a class.
- 2
Select the class type, start date and local start time.
- 3
Choose the instructor, room or online location. Adjust the capacity only if this session differs from the class default.
- 4
Review the summary and publish. The session will appear on the public booking page when it is eligible to book.
Check it before sharing

Answers before you get stuck
What is the difference between a class and a scheduled session?
The class is the reusable service definition. A scheduled session is one dated occurrence with its own start time, instructor, room and bookings.
Can one session have a different capacity?
Yes. Set the normal capacity on the class type, then override it for a particular scheduled session when a room or instructor requires a different limit.
