Set up online booking with Junocal

Set up your Junocal studio, create a service, add the first session and publish an online booking page your clients can use.

The short version

The quickest way to launch is to create one service, schedule one real session, preview it as a client and then share the booking link. Branding, automations and extra products can follow after the core journey works.

Before you start

Use the email address you want Junocal to associate with the studio owner. Have your studio name, timezone and usual currency ready. You can change public branding and business details later, but the timezone and currency should reflect how you actually trade before you take bookings.

You do not need to build your full timetable on day one. One genuine service and one genuine date are enough to test the full path from discovery to confirmation.

Publish your first session

  1. 1

Open Classes and choose a simple class template, or create a class type with the name, duration, capacity and drop-in price you normally use.

  2. 2

Add the first date and time. Choose the correct room or online location and assign an instructor if your studio uses team scheduling.

  3. 3

Open the preview from Storefront and complete the journey as a client would. Check the class name, local time, price and remaining capacity.

  4. 4

Copy your public booking link and open it in a private browser window. This catches account-session assumptions and shows you the same page a new client will see.

  5. 5

Share the link on your website, Google Business Profile, Instagram bio or client email once the test looks right.

What to configure next

  • Connect Stripe before charging for paid bookings.

  • Add your logo, colours, cover image and studio information in Storefront.

  • Create cancellation policies before publishing a busy timetable.

  • Invite instructors only after the owner account has checked the initial setup.

  • Add memberships and packs once the underlying classes or appointments exist.

common questions

Answers before you get stuck

Do I need to connect Stripe before I publish a Junocal booking page?

No for a free session. Connect Stripe before you accept a paid booking, sell a pack or start a paid membership.

Can I change my studio details after launch?

Yes. You can update your public branding, description, amenities and other storefront details after publishing. Check timezone and currency carefully before taking live payments.
