Quick answer
Juno helps owners, admins and front desk with Junocal operations. It can read supported studio records and prepare supported changes for review. A suggested action is not a completed change: check the confirmation card and its final result.
Before you begin
Use an owner, admin or front-desk account in the intended studio.
Check your plan and remaining Juno allowance.
Have the exact offering, date or client details ready for a change.
You'll know it worked when
The answer identifies the intended studio record rather than a similar name.
Every change has a reviewed confirmation and a completed result.
The changed record is visible in its normal Junocal page after refresh.

Open the exact product area, then keep this guide beside it.
Start with a specific task
- 1
Open Juno in the studio workspace and check that you are in the correct studio.
- 2
Ask a concrete question, such as what is scheduled today, which setup steps remain, or how to create an appointment offering.
- 3
Give the missing details Juno asks for. For people with similar names, confirm the exact client or participant and session.
- 4
For a product question, follow the Help Centre guide or permitted settings link returned in the answer.
Review before changing anything
Juno can prepare basic class and appointment offerings, class schedules, appointment weekly availability and attaching an existing active form. Supported day-to-day actions include attendance, complimentary client bookings, cancellations and roster email. Your studio role determines which tools are available.
Read the confirmation card carefully, especially the service, dates, attendee and consequences. Confirm only when those details are right. If a confirmation is stale, refresh and prepare the action again; an old card must not overwrite a newer setting. Ask Juno whether the action completed if the result is unclear.
Finish advanced setup in the product
Use Payments to connect Stripe and complete account verification yourself.
Use the relevant offering to configure rooms, participant registration, pricing choices and extras after basic creation.
Create and edit form questions in Forms. Juno can check request status and prepare an existing form attachment, but does not read answers or photos.
Use the client and settings pages for family profiles, visit rewards, appointment series, integrations and referrals. Juno can explain these workflows, but has no action tools for them.
Private client notes and inbox conversations remain outside Juno's reads and writes.
Juno and the support widget
Juno in the studio navigation is the operational assistant with studio read tools and confirmation cards. The help widget offers guide-based answers and sends the questions you submit there to Junocal support. Use the support widget when a person needs to investigate your account; an operational Juno conversation is not automatically a support ticket.
Usage and scope
Studio includes 200 requests and Growth includes 1,000 requests per UTC calendar month. Trial accounts have 15 requests for the trial, rather than a new allowance each month. The usage display in Juno shows your current limit and reset information.
Juno stays within Junocal and studio operations. It redirects unrelated questions and does not provide clinical, legal or investment advice. Product instructions explain how a feature works; only supported studio reads can establish whether your account is configured or a client is eligible.
If a response fails, use the retry shown in the conversation. A failure before a billable provider call, such as missing provider configuration, refunds its reservation; do not assume that every interrupted request is free.
Troubleshooting
Start with the symptom that matches what you can see. Check the existing record before repeating a booking, payment or import.
Juno cannot perform the requested setup step
Check these first
Read the capability limits in the answer.
Check whether the task requires an owner/admin or an integration connection.
Next step: Use the linked product page for unsupported tasks and return to Juno for supported reads or the next setup step.
A confirmation expired or settings changed
Check these first
Refresh the relevant product record.
Check whether another operator already completed or changed it.
Next step: Prepare a new proposal against the current record and review it before confirming. Do not keep submitting an old card.
The conversation failed or the allowance is exhausted
Check these first
Check the usage and reset information shown in Juno.
Look for a retry or provider error, and check whether the last action completed.
Next step: Retry using the existing conversation when offered. If the allowance is exhausted, wait for its displayed reset or review the plan; contact support for a persistent provider error.
Answers before you get stuck
Can Juno set up my whole studio?
It can help with supported setup tasks and tell you what remains. The owner still completes payment onboarding, integrations and advanced configuration in the product.
Can Juno book a child using their pack?
Use the normal participant booking flow. Juno's basic client booking action is complimentary and books the client themselves; it does not redeem family benefits.
