CSV exports for client list, bookings, memberships, packs. We send exact menu paths. Some fields require manual extraction or screenshots — we handle this in the dry-run.

Junocal doesn't have an automated Glofox importer yet, so we map fields manually. Two to three days on our side. Same data outcome as automated migrations from Mindbody, Momence, etc.

We import into staging. You review and sign off on the mapping. Spot-check membership pause dates, pack credits, intake completion.

Configure studio-specific features
Floor plan editor, four-mode cancellation policies, term-based courses if you run them, conditional-logic intake. Operational improvements over Glofox defaults.

Sunday cutover
Final data sync + DNS handover if applicable. Stripe Connect Standard activation. Junocal goes live.

Why migrate from Glofox to Junocal?
Glofox is fitness-focused — strong for HIIT, indoor cycling, and group strength studios, less native for pilates and yoga. Pilates studios on Glofox hit the limits of its pick-a-spot implementation, its term-based course handling, and its bundled payment processing. Post-2022 integration into ABC Fitness Solutions (Thoma Bravo's portfolio) has moved Glofox toward longer contracts and renewal-time price increases.
How long does a Glofox-to-Junocal migration take?
Seven to ten business days — longer than the five-day migrations from Mindbody, Momence, Mariana Tek, or Walla. Junocal doesn't have an automated Glofox importer yet, so we run a structured manual migration: secure CSV upload, manual data mapping, dry-run review. The extra time is on our side, not yours. Same outcome.
Does Glofox give me a clean data export?
Glofox supports CSV exports through the operator dashboard for client list, booking history, memberships, and packs. Less comprehensive than Mindbody or Momence — some fields require manual extraction or screenshots. For one-to-five-instructor studios, the standard exports cover what's needed. We work with whatever you can pull.
What about Glofox's bundled payment processing?
Glofox uses bundled processing where the platform is in the payment relationship. On Junocal you connect your own Stripe account via Stripe Connect Standard — the studio is the merchant of record going forward. Your new Stripe history starts at the cutover date. If you don't have a Stripe account, you create one during onboarding — 10-20 minutes with business details ready.
What about my Glofox annual contract?
Glofox standard contracts run 12 months with auto-renewal. If you're inside the term, parallel-run during the Junocal trial and cancel at contract end, or contact Glofox about an early-cancellation buyout. Most studios choose parallel-run. Junocal trial is 14 days no-card; migration is free in the first 30 days.
What if my studio runs fitness alongside pilates or yoga?
Junocal handles mixed-discipline studios through per-service configuration — each service has its own cancellation policy, intake form, capacity, and pick-a-spot toggle. Reformer pilates plus HIIT plus group fitness configure independently. Migration brings across all services with existing configurations; you adjust per-service settings post-cutover.
