Quick answer
Invite each person from Team and select the role that matches their responsibilities. Role access and instructor availability are separate: permission to use Junocal does not automatically define when someone can teach.
Before you begin
Owner or authorised admin access to the correct Junocal studio.
Each teammate's working email address and a decision about the smallest role their job requires.
For instructors, the normal teaching windows and the locations where they can work.
You'll know it worked when
The invitation is accepted by the intended email account and the teammate appears active in Team.
The teammate can reach the pages their role needs and cannot reach owner-only configuration.
Instructor availability belongs to the correct person, studio and location.
At least one dated session can be assigned without creating a conflict or broadening permissions.

Choose the right role
Owner is for the person responsible for the studio account and its highest-risk settings.
Admin is for trusted managers who configure the studio and manage day-to-day operations.
Front desk is for operational work such as schedules, clients, sales and check-in without full studio configuration access.
Instructor is for the teaching view, assigned classes, availability and relevant roster information.
Send an invitation
- 1
Open Team and choose Invite teammate.
- 2
Enter the person's working email address and select their role.
- 3
Review the invitation before sending. The email address determines who can accept it.
- 4
Ask the teammate to open the invitation and complete their account setup.
- 5
Return to Team to confirm that the invitation has been accepted.
Set instructor availability
If the teammate teaches, open team availability after they are part of the studio. Add the windows in which they can be scheduled and review existing sessions before making a broad change.
Availability guides scheduling; it is not a substitute for the actual dated classes or appointments on the calendar.
Troubleshooting
Start with the symptom that matches what you can see. Check the existing record before repeating a booking, payment or import.
The invitation email did not arrive
Check these first
Confirm the invited address character by character and check spam or filtered mail.
Open Team to see whether the invitation is pending, accepted or no longer valid before sending another.
Next step: Resend from the existing pending invitation when appropriate. Correct the address first if it was wrong instead of creating several active invites.
A teammate accepted but cannot see the expected studio or page
Check these first
Confirm they signed in with the exact invited email and selected the intended studio.
Review the assigned role against the page they are trying to use.
Next step: Correct the studio membership or role from Team, then ask them to sign in again. Do not use an owner role merely to bypass an unexplained access problem.
An instructor cannot be assigned to a session
Check these first
Confirm the person has instructor access and availability for that date, time and location.
Check for overlapping sessions or a studio filter that hides the relevant team member.
Next step: Correct the instructor's availability or the session details, then retry the assignment from the dated session.
Answers before you get stuck
Can I change a teammate's role later?
Yes. A studio owner or authorised admin can update team access as responsibilities change. Keep access no broader than the person's current job requires.
Does inviting an instructor schedule their classes?
No. The invitation gives account access. Configure availability separately, then assign the instructor to dated sessions on the schedule.
