Two-mode waitlists

When a lane opens with notice, the next family is enrolled automatically. When it opens last-minute, the whole list gets an alert and the first to tap claims the spot. Set the mode per lesson type. On every plan.

Swimmer intake forms

Conditional-logic intake captures swimmer age, current level, medical notes and emergency contacts before the first lesson — and only asks the follow-up questions that apply. Forms attach to the booking, so instructors see them on the day-of roster.

Parent payments on your Stripe

Your own Stripe Connect account. Card, ACH (US) and Direct Debit at Stripe's published rates, no Junocal markup. Recurring memberships and 5- or 10-lesson packs auto-deduct, and failed-payment recovery prompts a one-tap card update.

Automated parent emails

What happens when a popular lesson is full?

Junocal runs two-mode waitlists on every plan. When a spot opens with notice, the next family in line is enrolled automatically; when one opens last-minute, everyone on the list is alerted and the first to tap claims it. You set the mode per lesson type, so a learn-to-swim course and a squad session can behave differently. Waitlists are included from $15 a month — there is no premium add-on.

How do parent payments work, and is there a markup?

Payments run through your own Stripe account using Stripe Connect Standard, so lesson fees land directly in your bank at Stripe's published rates with no Junocal markup and no marketplace commission. Parents can pay by card, ACH (US) or Direct Debit, and failed-payment recovery prompts a one-tap card update. There is no per-swimmer or per-family fee on any plan from $15 a month, and CSV export is always free.
