You set the mode per lesson type, so a learn-to-swim course and a squad session can behave differently. Waitlists are included from $15 a month — there is no premium add-on.

How do parent payments work, and is there a markup?

Payments run through your own Stripe account using Stripe Connect Standard, so lesson fees land directly in your bank at Stripe's published rates with no Junocal markup and no marketplace commission. Parents can pay by card, ACH (US) or Direct Debit, and failed-payment recovery prompts a one-tap card update. There is no per-swimmer or per-family fee on any plan from $15 a month, and CSV export is always free.
