How much does Vagaro cost?+
Vagaro's US page currently shows a limited-time $23.99 monthly price for one bookable calendar, normally $30, plus $10 for each additional calendar up to seven. At regular pricing, five calendars cost $30 + (4 × $10) = $70/month before selected add-ons and payment costs.
Does Vagaro charge per user?+
The current US calculator prices bookable calendars: one calendar has a $30 regular base and each additional calendar is $10 up to seven. Junocal Studio is $29/month with unlimited instructor seats, so team growth does not change its subscription within the plan.
What is Vagaro Pro Pay?+
Vagaro Pro Pay is Vagaro's integrated payment processor. Vagaro is the merchant of record; the studio is a sub-account. Published rates are 2.75% + $0.15 for in-person card and 3.5% + $0.15 for online/keyed transactions. Disputes are handled through Vagaro. This is structurally similar to Mindbody's bundled payments model and different from Junocal's Stripe Connect Standard direct architecture, where the studio owns the Stripe relationship and pays Stripe's published rates.
Does Vagaro require an annual contract?+
Vagaro defaults to month-to-month, with an optional annual commitment that offers a discount. This is more flexible than Mindbody's standard 12-24 month contract. Cancellation is straightforward — no exit fee on the standard month-to-month plan.
What is a transparent Vagaro pricing alternative?+
Junocal publishes flat pricing: $15 Starter for up to five instructor seats, $29 Studio with unlimited instructor seats and up to five locations, and $69 Growth for up to ten locations. At five calendars, Vagaro's regular base is $70/month before selected add-ons; Junocal Studio is $29/month.
